Founder and Executive Director Pete has a passion for helping people from all backgrounds and cultures. It is this desire, coupled with his skill and expertise in video production, which led Pete to establish Joshua Path. In addition to serving as executive director, Pete writes, shoots and produces the Joshua Path videos. Pete has worked in the film and television industry for over 20 years and has taught at the university level for the past 12 years, including courses at Campbell University, Peace College, Meredith College and North Carolina State University. His television and film credits include work for the DIY Network, Family Channel, and freelance production in the commercial field. Pete received an undergraduate degree from Southeastern University and earned his Master of Arts degree in Communication Art from Regent University. He attends church and lives in Holly Springs, NC with his wife and five children. |

Financial Controller, CPA John's heart for Christ leads him to regularly take on mission projects at home and abroad. And his involvement with the Joshua Path ministry allows John to be part of a mission even as he works at his PriceWaterhouseCoopers desk in the role of Certified Public Accountant. John attended North Carolina State University, earning a Bachelor of Science and Master's degree in accounting. He has been an associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers since 2005 and is a member of both the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. John currently lives in Memphis, Tennessee. |

Scott Toler |
Financial Executive Scott Toler brings more than 20 years of professional mortgage experience in the Washington Metropolitan area to the credit union industry. Mr. Toler is currently the President/CEO of Credit Union Mortgage Association located in Fairfax, Virginia. Exclusively owned by forty-one Virginia/Maryland/D.C. credit unions, they provide mortgage origination, processing, underwriting, closing, and loan-servicing for credit unions and their members nationwide. Prior to that, Mr. Toler spent twelve years as the Regional Mortgage Sales Manager for First Union/Wachovia. His dedication to the industry over the years includes serving on the Board of Directors for CU Title Insurance Company, Joshua Path (a non-profit organization), Vice Chairman for CU Realty Services, as well as Chairman of the Architectural Review Committee for the Timer Ridge Home Owners Association. Mr. Toler is married with three children and resides in Fairfax Station, Virginia where he enjoys many outdoor activities including golf, and mountain biking. |

Andrew Forbis |
Business Executive Andy's background involves experience in the areas of business operations, broadcast production, and Christian lay-ministry. He is an active member of Woodhaven Baptist Church in Apex, NC where he has served as a deacon, a bible study leader to adults and children, as well as in positions of financial management, governance and strategic planning. Andy's business experience includes his former management position in human resources operations at Progress Energy. His career of over 20 years also includes roles as a management consultant for PwC Consulting, a manager in employee benefits outsourcing, financial and benefits sales, and six years in television and radio. Andy has a Masters of Business Administration from the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University and a Bachelors of Science in Communication from East Carolina University. He lives in Holly Springs, NC his wife Susie, and their three children. |
